Terms of Service

Effective Date: July 16, 2026  ·  Last Updated: August 15, 2026

These Terms of Service ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you and Just Right Properties, the operator of FlowRadar AI ("FlowRadar," "we," "us," or "our"). They govern your access to and use of flowradarai.com, the FlowRadar AI application, financial-monitoring features, alerts, reports, communications, support services, and related products and services (collectively, the "Service").

Please read these Terms carefully. By creating an account, checking the Terms acceptance box, or otherwise using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not create an account or use the Service. Our Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, retain, and protect information and is incorporated into these Terms by reference for purposes of explaining our data practices; acknowledgment of the Privacy Policy does not constitute consent to every type of data processing.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and legally capable of entering into a binding agreement to use FlowRadar AI.

The Service is currently intended for users located in the United States. If you use FlowRadar AI on behalf of a business or other organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that organization to these Terms, and "you" includes both you and the organization.

You may not use the Service if you have previously been suspended or removed for violating these Terms unless we provide written authorization.

2. Description of the Service

FlowRadar AI is a financial-monitoring and insights application intended to help users understand activity across authorized bank and credit-card accounts.

The Service may analyze authorized financial information to identify activity that may deserve attention, such as unusual spending patterns, duplicate or potentially duplicate transactions, recurring charges, changes in subscription amounts, unexpected fees, changes in normal income or cash-flow patterns, and other financial anomalies or trends.

Available features may depend on your subscription plan, the institutions you connect, information made available by Plaid and financial institutions, connection status, product availability, technical limitations, and geographic availability. FlowRadar may add, remove, modify, suspend, or discontinue features as the Service develops.

3. Early Access, Beta, Sample, and Simulated Features

FlowRadar AI may offer early-access, beta, preview, experimental, sample-data, or simulated features. Some features may initially use sample or simulated data and will be identified as such.

These features may be incomplete, contain errors, change materially, produce inaccurate or incomplete results, become unavailable, use simulated rather than live financial data, or be provided without guaranteed support or availability.

You should not rely on an early-access or simulated feature to make important financial, legal, tax, accounting, credit, security, or business decisions.

4. FlowRadar Is Not a Bank or Financial Advisor

FlowRadar AI is not a bank, credit union, payment processor, lender, credit-reporting agency, investment advisor, financial planner, accountant, attorney, fraud-prevention guarantee, or a substitute for your financial institution.

The Service provides informational monitoring, organization, alerts, and insights. FlowRadar does not guarantee that it will identify every fraudulent transaction, unauthorized transaction, duplicate charge, billing error, subscription, fee, cash shortfall, income change, security incident, or financial problem. Alerts may be delayed, incomplete, duplicated, incorrectly categorized, or inaccurate.

You remain responsible for reviewing your financial statements, monitoring your financial accounts, confirming transaction accuracy, protecting your account credentials, contacting your financial institution, reporting unauthorized transactions, and meeting payment, tax, debt, and contractual obligations. Do not delay contacting a financial institution because FlowRadar has or has not generated an alert.

5. Account Registration

You must provide accurate, current, and complete account information. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your password, using a strong and unique password, protecting devices used to access FlowRadar, restricting access to your account, keeping your email address current, promptly reporting suspected unauthorized access, and all activity occurring through your account (except where prohibited by law).

Do not share your FlowRadar login credentials with another person. Notify security@flowradarai.com promptly if you believe your account or information has been compromised.

We may require email verification, multi-factor authentication, reauthentication, or other security steps before allowing access to sensitive features.

6. Financial Institution Connections

FlowRadar AI uses Plaid to help you connect eligible bank, credit-union, credit-card, or other financial accounts. You choose whether to initiate a connection, which institution to connect, which eligible accounts to authorize, and whether to maintain or disconnect the connection.

Connecting an institution is optional for account creation, although many financial-monitoring features will remain unavailable or limited until an institution is connected. Institution availability is determined by Plaid, the applicable institution, connection method, and other technical factors. FlowRadar does not guarantee that any particular financial institution or account type will be available.

Do not enter bank credentials directly into a FlowRadar-created form. Institution authentication must occur through Plaid Link or the institution's authorized authentication interface. FlowRadar does not intentionally receive or store the banking username or password entered within Plaid Link or the financial institution's authentication page.

7. Authorization to Access Financial Information

By connecting a financial institution, you authorize FlowRadar, Plaid, and the applicable institution to access, retrieve, transmit, process, and store the financial information necessary to provide the features you request, subject to the permissions presented during connection.

This authorization may include access to eligible information such as institution and account names, account types, masked account identifiers, balances, transaction dates and amounts, merchant and transaction descriptions, transaction categories, recurring activity, income and cash-flow information, and connection and account status. The information available depends on the products FlowRadar enables and the data made available by your institution.

Your use of Plaid is also subject to Plaid's applicable End User Services Agreement and End User Privacy Policy. FlowRadar's use of financial information is also governed by the FlowRadar AI Privacy Policy.

8. Read-Only Service

FlowRadar's financial-monitoring features use read-only financial connections. Unless a future feature is separately disclosed and affirmatively authorized, FlowRadar will not use Plaid to initiate transfers, withdraw funds, make purchases, pay bills, move money, or change financial-account settings.

If payment or money-movement functionality is added later, FlowRadar must update these Terms, provide appropriate disclosures, obtain any required authorization, and satisfy applicable legal and regulatory requirements before enabling it.

9. Third-Party Data Accuracy

FlowRadar depends on information supplied by third parties, including Plaid and participating financial institutions. Information may be delayed, unavailable, duplicated, incorrectly categorized, incomplete, temporarily interrupted, or different from the institution's official records. Your financial institution's records control if they conflict with information displayed by FlowRadar.

FlowRadar is not responsible for errors originating from an institution, Plaid, a payment processor, an identity provider, or another third-party provider, except to the extent required by law.

10. Subscription Plans

FlowRadar may offer free, trial, promotional, monthly, annual, or other subscription plans. Current plan information — including plan name, price, billing frequency, trial duration, trial expiration, whether the subscription renews automatically, renewal price, included institution limit, charges for additional institutions, applicable promotional duration, and how to cancel — is shown before purchase on our pricing and checkout screens.

The price and material terms displayed to the user immediately before purchase control for that purchase, subject to these Terms. Merely creating a FlowRadar account does not authorize FlowRadar to charge you.

11. Free Trials and Automatic Renewal

If a paid plan includes a free trial, the purchase screen will clearly disclose the length of the trial, the date or method for determining when the trial ends, the amount you will be charged, the billing frequency, that the subscription will automatically renew unless canceled, and how to cancel before being charged.

FlowRadar will obtain your affirmative consent before beginning a paid subscription or converting a free trial into a paid subscription. The general Terms checkbox at account registration is not authorization for a future subscription charge; payment consent is obtained separately during checkout. Unless canceled before the applicable deadline, a subscription may renew automatically for the billing period displayed during purchase.

12. Founding-Member and Promotional Offers

FlowRadar may offer founding-member, introductory, coupon, discounted, or other promotional pricing. Promotional terms are clearly displayed before purchase and may include eligibility restrictions, promotional price, promotional period, standard price after the promotion, expiration date, renewal terms, institution limits, and additional fees.

A founding-member or promotional price does not guarantee that every feature, plan, or price will remain available permanently. If an offer states that a promotional rate applies for a specified period, the subscription may renew at the regular price displayed during purchase after that period ends.

13. Payment Processing

When you start a paid subscription, payment processing is provided by Stripe. FlowRadar receives limited subscription and billing-status information needed to administer your account but does not store complete payment-card numbers or card security codes.

When you subscribe, you will authorize the applicable payment provider to charge the payment method you provide according to the pricing and renewal terms displayed during checkout. You are responsible for providing valid payment information, keeping billing information current, paying applicable charges, paying taxes where required, and resolving payment-method problems.

14. Cancellation

When paid subscriptions are enabled, you will be able to cancel recurring subscriptions from within the authenticated application (for example, in Settings → Subscription or Billing). Cancellation will stop future automatic renewal, display the effective cancellation date, confirm the cancellation, and send an email confirmation. We will not require a phone call to cancel a subscription that was initiated online.

Unless otherwise stated at purchase, cancellation takes effect at the end of the current paid billing period, and you may continue using paid features until then. A user who is in a free trial must cancel before the disclosed trial deadline to avoid the first charge.

Disconnecting a financial institution is not the same as canceling a paid subscription. Uninstalling an application, ceasing use, or unsubscribing from promotional email is not the same as canceling a subscription.

15. Refunds

Except when required by law or expressly stated during purchase, subscription charges are non-refundable. FlowRadar may issue a refund, credit, or other accommodation at its discretion; providing a refund in one situation does not require FlowRadar to provide one in another situation. If FlowRadar makes a different refund commitment during checkout, that specific commitment controls.

16. Price Changes

FlowRadar may change subscription prices or plan features. Price changes affecting an existing paid subscription will be communicated in advance when required by law or applicable payment-provider rules. A price change will not be applied retroactively. Continued use after a properly disclosed price change takes effect constitutes acceptance of the new price to the extent permitted by law.

17. Account and Institution Disconnection

You can disconnect an institution from the connection-management controls in Settings. Disconnecting removes the Plaid connection, stops FlowRadar from requesting new information for that connection, and is subject to processing already in progress and applicable retention obligations.

Disconnecting an institution may cause monitoring to stop, alerts to stop, dashboards to become incomplete, historical comparisons to become unavailable, or some features to stop functioning. Account deletion, institution disconnection, subscription cancellation, and email unsubscription are separate actions and are distinguished in the interface.

18. Communications

You agree that FlowRadar may send necessary electronic communications relating to authentication, account activity, financial alerts, security, connected-institution status, subscription and billing, policy or Terms changes, customer support, and Service availability.

Optional promotional and onboarding communications provide unsubscribe or preference-management controls. Unsubscribing from marketing email does not prevent necessary account, billing, security, or Service communications. You are responsible for keeping your email address current.

19. Acceptable Use

You may not: use the Service for unlawful, fraudulent, deceptive, or abusive purposes; access another person's account without authorization; connect an account you are not authorized to access; misrepresent your identity or authority; attempt to obtain another user's information; probe or test security without written authorization; circumvent authentication, authorization, rate limits, or security controls; introduce malware or harmful code; scrape or harvest the Service through unauthorized automated means; interfere with the Service or other users; reverse engineer the Service except where the restriction is prohibited by law; use FlowRadar to create a competing dataset or service through unauthorized extraction; use the Service to make regulated credit, employment, housing, insurance, or similar eligibility decisions; sell, rent, disclose, or misuse financial data obtained through the Service; or upload passwords, full account numbers, Social Security numbers, payment-card numbers, or other unnecessary sensitive information through support forms.

We may investigate suspected violations and may suspend or terminate access when reasonably necessary to protect users, providers, or the Service.

20. Intellectual Property

FlowRadar AI, including its software, interface, visual design, branding, text, graphics, analysis methods, and other content, is owned by or licensed to Just Right Properties and is protected by applicable intellectual-property laws.

Subject to these Terms, FlowRadar grants you a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable right to use the Service for its intended purpose. These Terms do not transfer ownership of the Service or FlowRadar intellectual property to you. You may not use FlowRadar's trademarks, logos, or branding without written permission.

21. Your Information and Limited Processing Permission

You retain whatever rights you hold in information you provide or authorize FlowRadar to access. You grant FlowRadar a limited permission to host, process, transmit, organize, analyze, and display that information only as reasonably necessary to provide the Service, generate requested alerts and insights, secure and maintain the Service, provide support, meet legal obligations, and perform other uses described in the Privacy Policy.

This permission ends when the information is deleted, subject to reasonable technical, backup, fraud-prevention, security, and legal-retention requirements. FlowRadar does not acquire ownership of your financial information.

22. Feedback

If you provide suggestions, ideas, or feedback about FlowRadar, you grant FlowRadar permission to use that feedback without restriction or compensation. This does not grant FlowRadar ownership of your personal financial information or confidential support communications.

23. Third-Party Services

The Service may rely on third parties such as Plaid, managed cloud infrastructure, Cloudflare, Resend, Google authentication, payment processors, and analytics, monitoring, or support providers that are actually enabled. Third-party services are governed by their own terms and privacy policies.

FlowRadar is not responsible for a third party's independent conduct, service interruption, data accuracy, or policy, except to the extent required by law. FlowRadar may replace a provider or modify an integration as the Service develops.

24. Service Availability and Changes

We do not guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or continuously available. The Service may be unavailable due to maintenance, security incidents, provider outages, institution outages, Plaid availability, internet or network problems, software errors, legal or compliance requirements, or events outside our reasonable control.

We may modify, suspend, restrict, or discontinue some or all of the Service. When reasonably practical, we will provide notice of material changes affecting paid users.

25. Suspension and Termination

You may stop using FlowRadar at any time. We may suspend or terminate an account when reasonably necessary because of a material violation of these Terms, suspected fraud or abuse, security risk, unauthorized access, nonpayment, legal or regulatory requirements, provider requirements, or conduct that threatens users, FlowRadar, Plaid, an institution, or another party.

When practical and appropriate, we may provide notice and an opportunity to address the issue. Termination does not eliminate payment obligations incurred before termination. Sections that by their nature should continue after termination will survive, including intellectual-property, disclaimers, liability limitations, dispute provisions, and payment obligations.

26. Disclaimer of Warranties

To the maximum extent permitted by law, FlowRadar AI is provided "as is" and "as available." FlowRadar disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, title, and non-infringement.

FlowRadar does not warrant that the Service will always be available, that financial information will be complete or current, that alerts will be accurate, that every problem will be detected, that errors will be corrected, that the Service will meet every user's needs, or that use of the Service will prevent financial loss, fraud, fees, or unauthorized transactions. Some jurisdictions do not permit certain warranty exclusions, so some exclusions may not apply to you.

27. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, FlowRadar and its operator, affiliates, service providers, and representatives will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, lost revenue, lost data, lost opportunity, or business interruption arising from or relating to the Service.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, FlowRadar's total aggregate liability arising from or relating to the Service or these Terms will not exceed the greater of (1) the amount you paid to FlowRadar during the 12 months before the event giving rise to the claim, or (2) one hundred U.S. dollars.

These limitations do not apply to liability that cannot legally be excluded or limited. Nothing in these Terms limits rights available under applicable consumer-protection law.

28. Responsibility for Misuse

To the extent permitted by law, you are responsible for losses, claims, or expenses resulting from your unlawful use of the Service, unauthorized connection of another person's financial account, violation of these Terms, or infringement of another person's rights. This section does not require a consumer to indemnify FlowRadar for FlowRadar's own negligence, willful misconduct, or violation of law.

29. Governing Law and Venue

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Mississippi, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.

Subject to any rights that cannot legally be waived, disputes arising from or relating to these Terms or the Service will be brought in the state or federal courts located in Madison County, Mississippi. You and FlowRadar consent to the personal jurisdiction and venue of those courts.

Before filing a lawsuit, the parties agree to make a good-faith effort to resolve the dispute informally by sending a written description of the issue to legal@flowradarai.com and allowing 30 days for a response.

These Terms do not contain a mandatory arbitration agreement or class-action waiver.

30. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms as the Service, law, pricing, or our providers change. The "Last Updated" date will identify the latest revision. For material changes, FlowRadar will provide reasonable notice through email, an in-app notice, or another appropriate method. When required, users will be asked to affirmatively accept the revised Terms before continuing to use the Service. Archived copies of prior versions are retained.

31. Electronic Communications

You consent to receive agreements, notices, disclosures, and other communications electronically. Electronic communications satisfy legal requirements that communications be in writing to the extent permitted by law. You may retain copies by printing or saving them.

32. Assignment

You may not assign your rights or obligations under these Terms without written consent. FlowRadar may assign these Terms in connection with a merger, acquisition, financing, reorganization, sale of assets, or transfer of the Service, subject to applicable law.

33. Severability

If a provision of these Terms is held unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain effective to the extent permitted by law. The unenforceable provision will be interpreted or modified as closely as legally permitted to reflect its intended purpose.

34. No Waiver

Failure to enforce a provision of these Terms does not waive the right to enforce it later.

35. Entire Agreement

These Terms, the Privacy Policy, and any additional terms clearly presented for a specific feature or purchase constitute the agreement between you and FlowRadar regarding the Service. If purchase-specific terms conflict with these Terms, the purchase-specific terms control for that purchase.
